Storm is by far the worst superhero to play as in the game. I was just trying to clear a boss fight using her and she couldn't win even when the boss had a thread of health left! All of her superpowers are slow and are also weak. It's going to take a long time to increase her attributes to make her anywhere as powerful (or useful) as Spiderman, Captain America, etc. I thought that I might be overreacting, but now I know someone else shares my feelings on the subject.
