The Life of Julia

The world of propaganda is most times quite sickening. Today we have seen one of the dumbest examples ever given to mankind through Barack Obama’s Life of Julia. It is the heart-warming tale of a young girl who has a dictator leading her country for what appears to be the entirety of her lifespan. In Barack’s version Julia seems to love dear leader and participate in every program the dictator can dream up. I have made my own version:

Well there you have it the true story of the life of Julia. It could have been a lot worse if she had spoken out against Big Brother.

UPDATE: As I was making these images by messing around with the html I found this section of comment art:

Even the code is all about “The One”.

  1. I’m not sure either of these scenarios bear any links to reality. Certainly in the USA the President can serve only 2 terms, limited to around 8 years total, so your scenario goes awry at what, age 5?

Looking into the future with either your scenario or Obama’s are, I think, a bit crazy.

I think the whole USA needs to calm down on the rhetoric. You would think the Right & Left need to find some common ground, rather than just everyone attacking and never listening to each other.

  2. Part of the joke (it is all a joke mocking the Obama campaign) is that Obama’s scenario carries all through the life of one girl while stating that she is “Under President Obama”.

It is easy and fun to sit back and point at both sides of any given issue but to actually want things to be better a decision must be made. The basic right/left argument is over whether government or individuals will do a better job at running peoples lives. That used to mostly be the common ground in the USA that the government is limited and people run their lives while respecting the rights of others. Not anymore. I personally will never find common ground with those who wish to oppress others.

But again these images are merely a joke mocking a dumb campaign ploy.

  3. Funny stuff, you should now do one about the life of Dave under Obama’s care.
